Submitting the discovery form on this website does not create a client contract with Ventara Flow. Booking a discovery call does not create a client contract either. Both are simply the start of a conversation.

Any future service agreement — including scope of work, fees, implementation terms, timelines and any third-party software or licence costs — will be agreed separately in writing before work begins.

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and current, and we may update or change it at any time without notice.

Ventara Flow does not guarantee:

• Increased revenue
• Additional project wins
• A fixed number of hours saved
• Any specific commercial result

Results depend on your business, your market and how the workflow is used. Anything shown on this website is illustrative rather than a promise of outcome.

What we can automate or integrate depends on technical feasibility, including the systems you already use, the access and interfaces those systems provide, and any limits set by their providers. We will tell you where something is not feasible.

Ventara Flow supports the workflow around your enquiries and quotations. You remain responsible for your own:

• Technical decisions
• Customer negotiations
• Project delivery

Please do not misuse this website. That includes attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, interfering with its operation or security, submitting false or misleading details, sending automated or bulk submissions, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The Ventara Flow name, logo, branding and the content of this website remain protected intellectual property where applicable. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.
